FightAsthma Danger Tracker monitors hourly the environmental conditions associated with asthma healthcare use and pinpoints asthma danger areas in Los Angeles County. The Tracker analyzes data from official sources including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, California Department of Health Care Services, California Environmental Protection Agency, California Department of Education, and South Coast Air Quality Management District. 

FightAsthma Danger Text alerts subscribers when asthma danger is high in their community. Users anonymously subscribe to the Text and can unsubscribe anytime.

FightAsthma Symptom Checker measures the patient’s asthma condition to identify the right care. Developed by asthma specialists with primary care physicians and asthma patients, the Checker is validated by published clinical studies.

FightAsthma Trigger Detector measures the indoor environment associated with asthma attacks and hospitalizations.

FightAsthma Finder identifies the community’s vulnerability to asthma emergencies based on the community’s social determinants of health and environmental conditions at the census tract level.
